All papers submitted to ICSGCE 2025 will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee.
All registered papers will be included in the Proceedings of ICSGCE 2025, which will be submitted to IEEE and reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for publication in IEEE Xplore. However the paper will NOT be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication unless one of authors will show up and present the paper at the conference. Alternatively, the authors can also select to publish their paper in IJEETC (International Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering & Telecommunications) which is a SCOPUS-indexed journal.
Paper Length Limit: Publication requirement: The article must be no less than 5 pages and no more than 10 pages. The standard registration fee includes the cost for a 5-page paper, including all figures, tables, and references. An additional fee will be charged USD70 or RMB500 per page exceeding 5 pages.
