You are invited to submit manuscripts
and attend the conference,
to promote it to great success with your distinctive
contribution.
We strongly recommend
that prospective authors read through these two
pages,
Submission Instructions
and Paper Formating,
and follow the step-by-step instructions when preparing your submissions.
General
Prospective authors are
invited to submit
their
full papers
no later than 23:59:59 (Sydney Local Time) on
the date of deadline. Full
papers, including
tables, figures and references,
should be
written in English and formatted by using the MS-Word
Template.
All papers
must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere
and will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality,
significance, quality and clarity.

Paper Length
Accepted papers, must be no less than 5 pages and no more than 10 pages
with specified template to match publication
requirement.
The standard registration fee includes the cost for a 5-page paper,
including all figures, tables, and references.
Any additional pages will incur an extra charge of
USD70 per
extra page.
Submission
All papers should be submitted in both .doc and .pdf files via
